Return Policy

Don’t like what you bought? Don’t worry about it! We guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction, or their money will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this policy. Green Club accepts returns for products within 30 days of purchase. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them. In the event you used multiple forms of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Apparel or shoes should be returned unworn and with tags attached. All persihable goods are not allowed for return due to health and safety measures. In case of, poor quality / faulty, incorrect item received, parcel damaged on arrival, incorrect Amount received, and related other concerns, for perishable goods,  only refunds, exchanges, and store credit are available. Returns are strictly eligible for non-perishable goods, such as camping & outdoors, marine products, sportswear, etc.

Process to file a return: 

1. File for a return claim here: Returns Center

2. The claim takes less than 5 minutes to fill out. Please enter your order number and email associated with your purchase order. You will not need any other information to file a return claim. 

3. Once we have reviewed your claim, you will receive your return label through the email associated with your purchase order. 

4. Print out the return label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest USPS or UPS office. You may also leave it in your mailbox, for the mailman to come pick up. You may also schedule a pickup through your local post office. The return money will be issued immediately to your payment method after confirmation that the package has been shipped.

  • We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
  • You can return a gift using the gift receipt and receive a refund in the form of a gift card.
  • If you used a manufacturer’s coupon to purchase an item and decide to return that item, you’ll receive a refund for the amount you paid for the item plus the amount of the coupon. The amount of the coupon will be refunded in the form of a gift card, method of payment if under $5.
